Cloud Computer Services, the Suffolk IT specialists, consider our IT Security Essentials package to be the absolute minimum level of support a business should have in place to protect their IT systems and data. We can manage this important aspect of infrastructure for businesses in Lowestoft, Suffolk, Norfolk and throughout East Anglia.
Our Security Essentials package includes: –
- Managed Antivirus – we keep your systems up to date and protected with the latest antivirus systems and monitor their application and resolve any issues they identify.
- Patch Management – we manage the application of all system updates for your devices and ensure they are regularly updated and kept up to date.
- Remote Management – our support helpdesk software monitors your devices continuously and report/flags any issues. We also set up a series of daily, weekly and monthly checks to monitor the efficiency performance of your infrastructure. Once you come on-board as a customer with the minimum of our Security Essentials package, you have access to our Support Helpdesk who will provide you with assistance when you experience problems.
Security Essentials Customers can access support via our Helpdesk between 09:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday
Another advantage of being a Security Essentials user is that you benefit from a discounted the hourly rate for site work than applied for normal ad-hoc customers.
Security Essentials pay a small monthly charge per device to cover Patch Management, Managed Antivirus and our Remote Monitoring and then just pay for any other support as required.
